Arrest after stabbing at Hellingly

A Dundee man has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Hellingly.

The 38-year-old victim was stabbed after a fight with another man on The Drive at around 8pm on Tuesday (May 20).

He suffered a wound to the back of his thigh and was treated at Conquest Hospital, Hastings.

A 46-year-old man from Dundee was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and failing to appear at a Magistrates Court. He has been bailed until July 6.
