“Distraction theft techniques can hard to spot, and we continue to encourage residents, partially those who are vulnerable to be extra vigilant around cash machines, and to report any suspicious persons or activities around cash machine/banks to report to the bank or police at the time.”
Anyone who knows the identity of those pictured should contact police online or by calling 101 quoting 47240110671.
