Bomb threat hoax

A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of making a bomb threat at the Premier Inn hotel in Horsham.

The 45-year-old from Buckinghamshire left a note in her room which read: “YOU CAN’T STAY HERE, THERE IS A BOMB IN THE HOTEL!”

Police located and arrested her nearby for the nerve-racking hoax.

A spokesperson from Sussex Police said: “Sussex Police would like to remind people that any such comments or notes are treated extremely seriously and a large number of resources are required to investigate any such threat.

“People responsible for such behaviour can expect to be arrested and dealt with for the offence.”
