Break-in at Horsham Co-op

Burglars took cigarettes and tobacco from the Co-op in North Parade, Horsham, on Friday night.

Police say the intruders broke a window at the front of the shop and stole a ‘large quantity’ of cigarettes and tobacco from the kiosk inside.

They are believed to made off in a vehicle parked nearby.

The burglars were both men, of slim build and around 5’ 10’. One was wearing a black or dark grey hooded parker style jacket with light grey fur around the hood, black or dark grey trousers and white trainers. The second suspect was wearing light grey or khaki coloured sport jumper, light grey jogging bottoms and a dark grey or black hat or scarf around the head. Both wore gloves.

The break-in happened between 11pm on Friday September 20 and 1.30am on Saturday September 21.
