Burglars steal bikes after break-in at Horsham property

Police say the bikes were taken from the garage at a property in Wakehurst Mews after the thieves broke off a lock from the garage door.

The theft follows a spate of bicycle thefts in the Horsham area over recent weeks.

In a separate burglary, thieves made off with a garden strimmer after breaking into a shed at a house in Rowhook Road, Rowhook, some time between August 6 and 7.

Police ask anyone with any information about the thefts to contact them by telephoning 101.
