Burglars target outhouses around Horsham

Burglars have been targeting sheds and garages around the Horsham area,

Police say that fishing equipment and a strimmer were stolen from the shed of a property in Gaggle Wood, Mannings Heath, on June 7.

Fishing gear was also taken, along with a bike, when burglars broke into the garage of a property in Fryern Road, Storrington, some time between 3am and 7am on June 3.

In another earlier break-in at Bonfire Hill, Southwater, tools were stolen when thieves broke the lock off a shed. Police say the incident happened between May 18 and 19.

An attempted break-in was made at a property in Lyons Road, Slinfold, some time between May 28 and June 3, and another attempted break-in was made at Thelton Avenue, Broadbridge Heath, on June 3.

Police ask anyone who has any information about the burglaries to contact them by calling 101.
