James Goodall, 31, of no fixed address, was fined £400, with a £40 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and ten penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Gatwick.

Beverley Jones, 42, of Buckmans Road, Crawley, was given a 16 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm in Crawley.


John Maughan, 22, of Worth Road, Crawley, was given a 12 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with 80 hours of unpaid work, a 16 month driving ban, a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving; taking a vehicle without consent, causing damage to a fence; driving without a licence; and driving without insurance, all in Crawley.

Alexander Bradbury, 25, of Downland Place, Crawley, was fined £660, with £84.59 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Ghulam Moinuddin, 38, of Parkway, Crawley, was fined £90, with £45 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Gary Richards, of Bishopstone Walk, Crawley, was fined £220, with £30 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Brighton.

Vasile Mocanu, 28, c/o Gables Nursing Home, Ifield Green, was banned from driving for three years, with a £550 fine, a £35 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving, and to driving without insurance in Pegler Way, Crawley.

He had been convicted in his absence of common assault; racially aggravated common assault; and using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, all in Crawley, pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to answer bail, and to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence, in Crawley.

Alexandru Birsan, 30, of Odessa Road, London, was banned from driving for a year, with a £250 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving with illegal levels of a cannabis metabolite in his blood, in Pegler Way, Crawley.

Fiona Connelly, 27, of Maplehurst House, Broadfield, was given a 20 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with an £80 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to common assault in Crawley Road, Horsham.

Nick Coussens, 33, of Sandcross Lane, Reigate, was fined £125, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in Gatwick Road, Crawley.
