William Anderson, 18, of Forest Mews, Horsham, was banned from driving for 18 months, with a £120 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Brighton Road, Horsham.

Stuart Batchelor, 34, of Garden Walk, Crawley, was given a two year conditional discharge, with a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly, and to resisting a police officer, both in Warnham, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Benjamin Capewell, 30, of Macleod Road, Horsham, was banned from driving for 38 months, with a £575 fine, a £58 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Haywards Heath.

Tracey France, 44, of Brookers Road, Billingshurst, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of driving without due care and attention on the A264 at Horsham.

Laycy Elys, 41, of Farrier Road, Northolt, was fined £250, with a £25 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Guildford Road, Rudgwick.

Lee Millis, 56, of Barsford Road, Middlesbrough, was banned from driving for a year, with a £145 fine, a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving with illegal levels of a cocaine metabolite in his blood, in Honeysuckle Walk, Horsham, and to failing to answer bail.

Matthews Bastians, 20, of London Road, Pulborough, was banned from driving for a year, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving with illegal levels of a cannabis metabolite in his blood, in Station Road, Arundel.

John Doran, 22, of Station Approach, Banbury, was ordered to pay £400 compensation. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to an iPhone in West Chiltington Lane, Billingshurst.

Amy Giles, of Church Street, Henfield, was fined £220, with £40.84 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Angus Henderson, 41, of High Street, Handcross, was fined £220, with £72.50 vehicle excise back duty. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Robert Nowacki, 45, of South Holmes Road, Horsham, was fined £440, with £12.50 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

David Brown, 45, of North Lane, Wiston, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Peter Drake, 59, of Shooting Field, Steyning, was fined £440, with a £44 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of driving without insurance in High Street, Steyning.

Scott Giller, 44, of Headley Grove, Tadworth, was fined £440, with a £44 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of driving on the A264 at Horsham in a vehicle with four defective tyres.

Ciprian Ilasoaia, 28, of Renny Road, Portsmouth, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in London Road, Pulborough.

David Lennox, 70, of Sunningdale Road, Portsmouth, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in London Road, Pulborough.

Ronald Schimmel, 48, of Wineham Lane, Wineham, was fined £266, with a £26 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding in Shoreham Road, Small Dole.

Lee Sturgis, 36, of Rascals Close, Southwater, was fined £240, with a £24 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on the A264 at Horsham.
