Philipp Funa, 19, of Carfax, Horsham, was given an 18 month conditional discharge, with £100 compensation, a £15 victim services surcharge, and £400 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Horsham.

Graham Court, 51, of Heath Close, Broadbridge Heath, was fined £120, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £40 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Sam Everitt, 27, of Rangefield Road, Bromley, was ordered to pay £180 compensation. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a glass door panel.

Julian Bardwell, 45, of Slaugham Lane, Warninglid, was fined £293, with a £29 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and five penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A23.

James Brown, 34, of Walnut Tree Way, Durrington, was fined £586, with a £44 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, and to driving without a licence, near Steyning.

Lucy Fisher, 39, of Fryern Road, Storrington, was fined £293, with a £29 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and five penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of speeding at Storrington.

Jeffrey Lee, 26, of Stane Street Close, Codmore Hill, was fined £1,100, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of driving with a tyre, suspension arm, and shock absorber in illegal condition, and of driving without insurance, on the A24 at Horsham.

Simone Marks, 28, of Woodland Lane, Colgate, was fined £195, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance in Tower Hill, Horsham.

Jordan Longford, 21, of Robert Way, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £460 fine, £85 costs, and a £23 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to driving with illegal levels of cannabis in his blood, and to driving without insurance, at Pease Pottage.


Edwin Rivera, 21, of St Martins Place, Brighton, was given a 15 week jail sentence, suspended for two years, with £200 compensation, £400 costs, and a £120 fine. He had pleaded guilty to common assault and theft of a suitcase, both in Horsham, and to failing to answer bail.

Joshua Birchall, 19, of Billingshurst Road, Ashington, was banned from driving for six months, with a £660 fine, a £66 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Lewis Clarke, 19, of Milton Road, Horsham, was fined £80, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to breaching an ASBO by failing to leave Station Road, Crawley, when directed to.

Craig Lisle, 35, of Siskin Close, Horsham, was given a community order with nine months of drug rehabilitation, a £60 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug (heroin), and to possessing a Class B drug (cannabis).

Polly Barnes, 61, of Reeds Lane, Southwater, was fined £660, with £345 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Darren Yaxley, 23, of Fryland Lane, Wineham, was fined £440, with £65 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Chloe Zamora, of The Holt, Washington, was fined £220, with £36.25 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Nicolae-Valentin Dragomir, 24, of Dale Close, Horsham, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of driving without insurance in Crawley Road, Horsham.

Carlos Mendia-Lara, 46, of Brighton Road, Horsham, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding in Guildford Road, Horsham.

Chane Hill, 44, of Brighton Road, Pease Pottage, was fined £120, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to theft of aftershave from Boots in Horsham.

Tyrone Hodge, 28, of Cortis Avenue, Broadwater, was sentenced to a day’s detention, deemed served because of time already spent in custody. He had pleaded guilty to theft of clothing from Next, and to resisting a police officer, both in Horsham.

Lynda Kapp, 57, of Gorringes Brook, Horsham, was given a six month conditional discharge, with a £20 victim services surcharge. She had pleaded guilty to common assault, and to being drunk and disorderly, both in Horsham, and admitted breaching a suspended sentence.

Daryl Stannard, 22, of Albion Way, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £280 fine, a £20 victim services surcharge, and £50 costs. He had pleaded guilty to three counts of driving with illegal levels of a controlled drug in his blood (a cocaine metabolite, a cannabis metabolite, and diazepam) driving without insurance, driving without a licence, and possessing a Class B drug (cannabis), all in Guildford Road, Broadbridge Heath.

Jamie Tregenza, 23, of Freeman Road, Warnham, was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, and £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a knife in a public place, assault, and causing criminal damage to a fence and to a door, all in Warnham.

James Groom, 39, of Stevenson Way, Three Bridges, was given a six month conditional discharge, with £60 compensation, £85 costs, a £20 fine, and a £20 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to aftershave packaging in County Mall, Crawley, and to failing to answer bail.
