Marcus Thornton-Allen, 45, of Aven Close, Cranleigh, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Lee Tomlinson, 32, of Harbour Way, Shoreham-by-Sea, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of failing to comply with a red traffic light at Buck Barn.

Melissa Vero, 60, of Nutbourne Lane, Nutbourne, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in London Road, Coldwaltham.

Derek Weller, 60, of Tilletts Lane, Warnham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim services surcharge, and £650 costs. He had been found guilty of common assault in Southwater. A restraining order was made, barring him from contacting the victim, or going to an address in Southwater.

Luke Stevenson, 27, of Lime Avenue, Horsham, was banned from driving for 20 months, with a £120 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Ashdown Drive, Crawley.

Ian Knight, 51, of Longfield Road, Horsham, was banned from driving for 18 months, with a £770 fine, a £77 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A281 at Horsham.

Richard Grundy, 54, of The Grattons, Slinfold, was given a 23 week jail sentence, with a four year driving ban, and a £115 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath alcohol specimen, driving while disqualified, taking a vehicle without permission, and driving without insurance, and admitted breaching a suspended sentence for drink driving and failing to answer bail.

Thomas Norton, 31, of Corsletts Avenue, Broadbridge Heath, was fined £440, with £50 compensation, a £44 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Leon Moore, 36, of no fixed address, was jailed for 24 weeks, with an £80 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by going to an address in Horsham, and by leaving threatening and abusive voicemail messages. He was also re-sentenced for a previous offence of breaching a restraining order.

Gavin Hart, 29, of West Chiltington Lane, Barns Green, was jailed for eight weeks, with an £80 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault, causing criminal damage to a window, causing criminal damage to a car, and stealing a phone, all in Billingshurst. A restraining order was made, barring him from contacting the victim.
