Lucienne Hachim, 42, of Slaugham Lane, Warninglid, was given an eight week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with 80 hours of unpaid work, an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £180 criminal courts charge, and an £80 fine. She had pleaded guilty to child neglect and possessing cannabis, in Crawley.

Jodie Carroll, 26, of Loxwood Road, Plaistow, was given a three year driving ban, a community order with a four week curfew, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to two counts of drink driving.

Daniel Sweet, 24, of Albion Way, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to driving with illegal levels of a cannabis metabolite in his blood, at Cuckfield.

Mark Richardson-Livesley, 30, of Blackgate Lane, Pulborough, was fined £145, with £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

David Stevens, of Two Mile Ash Road, Horsham, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £110 costs, and a £520 criminal courts charge. He had been found guilty of being the registered keeper of an uninsured vehicle.

Paul Read, 59, of Church Road, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Horsham.

David Colyer, 51, of Shaftesbury Road, Rustington, was fined £135, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Guy Dutton, 30, of Crawley Lane, Balcombe, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Michael Hill, 21, of Somerset Road, New Barnet, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Vivieene Mead, 34, of Grantbridge Street, London, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

John Page, 51, of Manor Road, Upper Beeding, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Brighton.

Robert Scott, 36, of Tower Close, East Grinstead, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A24 at Shipley.

Angela McNeil, 48, of Faygate Lane, Faygate, was given a community order, with a two year driving ban, a £160 fine, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to harassment and drink driving, both in Crawley, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge. A restraining order was made, barring her form contacting two named people, or going to an address in Crawley.

Mark Blundell, 37, of Victory Road, Horsham, was fined £500, with a £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention at Rusper.

Roland Powell, 47, of Park Street, Horsham, was ordered to pay £100 compensation, with a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Horsham, and to assaulting a police officer in Crawley.

Sarah Barnes, 44, of Pickhurst Lane, Pulborough, was given a one year conditional discharge, with £50 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence.

Wayne Furber, 41, of Townfield, Kirdford, was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, a £60 victim surcharge, £250 compensation, and £625 costs. He had been found guilty of common assault, driving without a licence, causing criminal damage to a car, and driving without insurance, all in Horsham.

Richard Grundy, 54, of The Grattons, Slinfold, was fined £50, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to theft of alcohol from Waitrose in Horsham.

Mary Davies, 43, of Mill Lane, Lower Beeding, was fined £440, with £144.17 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Bethany Eaton, 25, of Woodside Road, Shermanbury, was fined £660, with £154.59 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Mark Dzwonnik, of Littlehaven Lane, Horsham, was fined £770, with £115.01 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence on two counts of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Mark Green, 25, of Bennetts Road, Horsham, was fined £220, with £45 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Horsham.

Catherine Miller, 36, of Charrington Way, Broadbridge Heath, was given an 18 month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to common assault in Crawley.

Genevieve Gordon, 38, of Broadbridge Heath Road, Warnham, was given an absolute discharge. She had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Court records say she had been misled into believing she was insured.
