Duncan Wietscher, 45, of New House Lane, Storrington, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding.

Reginald Alaneme, 48, of Grimshaw Close, London, was banned from driving for two weeks, with a £40 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Handcross.

Connor Matschy, 19, of Hyde Lane, Upper Beeding, was fined £130, with £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, a £20 victim surcharge, and five penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, driving without due care and attention, and failing to stop after an accident in Steyning.

David Booth, 37, of Mill Pond Road, Gosport, was fined £80, with a £20 victim surcharge, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at West Grinstead.

Graeme Bralsford, 50, of Heathfield Road, Seaford, was fined £270, with three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Bolney.

Marla Lovett, 23, of Woodlands Way, Southwater, was fined £80, with a £20 victim surcharge, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding at Shipley.

Terrence Smith, 52, of The Hornet, Chichester, was fined £115, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at West Grinstead.

Nicholas Childs, 28, of Chestnut Grove, London, was banned from driving for 15 months, with a £277 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis, speeding, driving without a licence, driving without insurance, driving with illegal levels of cocaine, a cocaine metabolite, and a cannabis metabolite in his blood, all at Handcross, and possessing a forged £20 note in Haywards Heath.

Richard Evans, 56, of Churt Road, Churt, was fined £650, with a £65 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention at Broadbridge Heath.

Gary Buckman, 45, of Ringley Road, Horsham, was fined £50, with £500 compensation, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of causing criminal damage to cars in Lancing.

Christopher Little, 45, of Woelfs Close, Ashington, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Richard Thompson, 29, of Holmwood Road, Cheam, was banned from driving for 15 months, was fined £400, with a £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Horsham.

Christopher Riley, 58, of Staples Barn, Henfield, was given a community order with six months of alcohol treatment, and a £60 victim surcharge. He had been found guilty of common assault.

Debbie Tickner, 32, of Millthorpe Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and £300 costs. She had pleaded guilty to two counts fo failing to notify a change in circumstances affecting her entitlement to benefit.

Ian Booth, 53, of Crawley Road, Horsham, was fined £220, with £56.25 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Michael Davis, 55, of Kings Stone Avenue, Steyning, was fined £660, with £198.75 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Anthony East, 48, of Sea Lane, Goring-by-Sea, was fined £145, with £66.25 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty tp using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road at Ashington.

John Forster, 38, of Valewood Lane, Barns Green, was fined £220, with £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road at Henfield.

Luke Smith, 38, of Littleton Lane, Shepperton, was fined £440, with £93.75 vehicle excise back duty, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road at Horsham.

Joseph Baker, 24, of Horsham Road, Pease Pottage, was fined £55, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving in Horsham with front and back windscreens that were frosted over.

Stefan Graczyk, 62, of College Road, Southwater, was given an absolute discharge. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance in Crawley. Court records say his insurance company had insured the wrong vehicle.

Samuel Harmor, 28, of Eversfield Road, Horsham, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £110 costs. He had pleaded guilty to being the registered keeper of an uninsured vehicle.
