Neil Hunter, 42, of no fixed address, was jailed for 18 weeks, with an £80 victim surcharge, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by harrassing a woman in Horsham, and to stealing food from a Sainsbury’s in Horsham.

John Fox, 47, of Alexander Close, Bromley, was fined £440, with a £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and five penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Bolney.

Steven Bowden, 29, of Forest Close, Horsham, was fined £160, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Horsham, and to resisting a police officer.

Callum Fife, 23, of Longfield Road, Horsham, was fined £80, with a £20 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a mobile phone at Crawley police station.

Jordan Hill, 20, of Rushams Road, Horsham, was fined £40, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly, and to assaulting a police officer in Horsham.

Bernardino Marco-Marin, 57, of Madeira Avenue, Horsham, was fined £160, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Horsham.

Myron Lambert, 27, of Rother Crescent, Crawley, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £300 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Handcross.

Andrew Sommerville, 46, of Swallowtail Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a window.

Jade Whitney, 22, of Blackbridge Lane, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Horsham, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

J Ryan and Sons Ltd, of Handcross Road, Plummers Plain, was fined £195, with a £20 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. A company representative had pleaded guilty to supplying goods without giving a VAT security.

David Conway, 35, of St Cuthmans Close, Steyning, was banned from driving for nine months, with a £250 fine, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and a £20 victim surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, two counts of driving without insurance, and driving without a licence.

Petrica Ambarus, 23, of Dale Close, Horsham, was fined £180, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Horsham.

Darren Beale, 49, of Harlech Close, Durrington, was fined £135, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a no entry sign on the A24 at Washington.
