Jonathan Rosamond, 51, of Wellwood Close, Horsham, was fined £660, with £381.67 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of being the keeper of an unlicensed vehicle.

Joseph Smith, 34, of Nutborne Road, Pulborough, was fined £220, with £56.25 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Peter Melville, 37, of Birches Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug (heroin) in Horsham.

William Bonney, 42, of Midway Quay, Eastbourne, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of using a vehicle without an MoT certificate at Warninglid.

Scott Burns, 36, of Churchill Way, Broadbridge Heath, was fined £830, with an £83 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Aiden Lee, 18, of Ivy Close, Southwater, was banned from driving for 40 days, with a £125 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Crawley.

Deidre Brown, 58, of Woodhouse Lane, Holmbury St Mary, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and five penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding at Coldwaltham.

Ryan Chandler, 26, of White Hart Lane, Fareham, was fined £165, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post.

Matthew Fahy, 41, of Blenheim Gardens, Chichester, was fined £295, with a £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post.

Leon Pitt, 36, of Overton Road, Sutton, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Coldwaltham.

Mark Wilson, 56, of Springfield Lane, Colgate, was fined £775, with a £78 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post.

Robert Roberts, 72, of Cedar Drive, Southwater, was given a community order with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Richard Grundy, 54, of The Grattons, Slinfold, was fined £50, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to stealing food from a Co-op in Horsham.

Luke Bentley, 26, of Newdigate Road, Newdigate, was banned from driving for 14 months, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Horsham.

Jemima Lammas, 47, of Norman Close, Billingshurst, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence.

Michael Heawood, 47, of Wantley Hill Estate, Henfield, was banned from driving for six months, with a £270 fine, a £27 victim surcharge, £625 costs, and a £520 criminal courts charge. He had been found guilty of driving without a licence and failing to stop after an accident in Henfield.

Kelly Andrew, 33, of Sparshott Road, Selsey, was fined £450, with a £45 victim surcharge, and £620 costs. She had been found guilty of making off without paying for bed and breakfast accommodation in Horsham.

Gareth Reid, 34, of Sparshott Road, Selsey, was given a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work, a £60 victim surcharge, and £620 costs. He had been found guilty of making off without paying for bed and breakfast accommodation in Horsham.

Amanda Brace, 50, of The Street, Bramber, was fined £130, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to keeping an uninsured vehicle.
