Christopher Holden-Khan, 23, of Fishers Court, Horsham, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Horsham, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge for assaulting a police officer.

Charlotte Foote, 31, of Chapel Road, Charlwood, was fined £70, with a £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to her driving licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance in Warnham.

Laura Clarke, 25, of Birches Road, Horsham, was fined £91, with £50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Horsham.

Sam Everitt, 26, of Rangefield Road, Bromley, was fined £91, with £50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Horsham.

Adam Finn, 27, of Rushams Road, Horsham, was fined £600, with a £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and possessing a fake insurance certificate, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Callum Fife, 23, of Longfield Road, Horsham, was given a nine month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol and assault, both at Sainsbury’s in Horsham, and to two counts of stealing food from Elite Garages in Mannings Heath.

Dominic Leighton-Waters, 46, of Collingwood Close, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with £25 compensation, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Stephen Park, 47, of West Street, Titchfield, was fined £145, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and five penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post.

Ian Phillips, 48, of Gloucester Road, Crawley, was fined £55, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and thre penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a traffic light at Dial Post.

Gary Schwartz, 45, of The Bramblings, Rustington, was fined £290, with a £20 victim surcharge, £170 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of speeding at West Grinstead.

Jeremy Sedgebeer, 65, of Moorland Close, Locks Heath, was fined £110, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Coldwaltham.

Alvaro Jorge, 42, of Gatley Avenue, Epsom, was fined £145, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Bolney.

Daniel Wanstall, 28, of Greenhurst Drive, East Grinstead, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at East Grinstead.

Simon Whittaker, 42, of Oakcroft Villas, Chessington, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Bolney.

Ricky Tourle, 27, of Brighton Road, Crawley, was jailed for 24 weeks, with an £80 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to stealing from DW Sports in Crawley, and from Sainsbury’s in Horsham.
