Thomas Turner, 31, of Mowbray Drive, Crawley, was found guilty of driving a Chrysler vehicle on Warnham Road, Horsham, on June 12, last year, with no insurance. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £105 in prosecution costs. His driving record was endorsed with eight penalty points.
