The dogs were found by police in Shipley Bridge on April 15 and were seized under the Animal Welfare Act.
Now officers are launching a public appeal to try and locate their owners.

Hide AdA spokesman said: “Anyone who believes they can provide proof of ownership in relation to any of these dogs, please contact Surrey Police quoting PR/45210038723 via Webchat on our website surrey.police.uk, or online https://www.surrey.police.uk/ro/report/ocr/af/how-to-report-a-crime/ or by calling us on 101.
“Please provide the owner’s name and contact details, the dog’s name and microchip number, and the number of the dog you recognise from the slideshow.
“Please do not contact us with offers to rehome the dogs. As much as we appreciate your kind offers, if the dogs’ owners are not traced we have a rehoming procedure already in place.”
