Dog feared stolen from village near Crawley

The owner of a dog that has gone missing from Rowfant, near Crawley Down, fears that it has been stolen.

Police say that the 10-year-old black cocker spaniel bitch went missing around lunchtime on Tuesday April 6.

She is grey under her nose and chin and has white under her chest.

A police spokesman said: “It is thought unlikely that she wandered off of her own accord from the property in Wallage Lane.

“Anyone with information or who saw anything suspicious in the area around that time is asked to report online or call 101 quoting serial 311 of 10/04.”
