Eastbourne police search for driver in relation to stabbing

Officers were called to Terminus Road just after 8.30pm on Saturday, April 10 after a 17-year-old boy suffered serious wounds to the stomach.

Hide AdThe boy was taken to hospital for treatment but has since been discharged, according to police.
Police said they believe a vehicle was flagged down by two men in Gildredge Road shortly after the assault, around 8.45pm, and officers are keen to speak to the driver of the vehicle as part of their ongoing enquiries.
Anyone who has any information is asked to contact police online or by calling 101 quoting Operation Parkham.

Police said two men have been charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place – they are next due to appear in court on May 14.
