Ford Prison absconder arrested in Horsham

A man who was wanted for absconding from Ford Prison has been arrested by police.

At around 3.55pm police received a call from a member of public saying they had seen wanted man Paul Flint.

Officers quickly responded to the call and he was arrested at 4.35pm in the Wellington Road area of Horsham.

A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Officers were alerted to the man’s whereabouts by a member of public who had seen recent publicity appealing for help in tracing him. We would like to thank the public and media for their help in this appeal.”
