His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jake Jephson, 26, of Cove Road, Rustington, was fined £433 and must pay £43 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on November 1, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Shannara Johnson, 25, of Kingsland Close, Shoreham, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on November 19, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Peter Paya, 51, of Teville Road, Worthing, was fined £500 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving without insurance in Rectory Farm Road, Lancing, on November 1, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Andrew Perett, 48, of Roberts Road, Lancing, was fined £99 and msut pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure failing to stop at a red traffic light in Lewes Road, Brighton, at the junction with Coldean Lane on October 31, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Neil Richardson, 51, of Doveleys Court, Riverside Road, Shoreham, was fined £583 and must pay £58 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Kingsway, Hove, on October 15, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Rebecca Short, 25, of Capstan Drive, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on November 1, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Oscar Whitaker, 28, of Bellview Court, Barton Close, Tarring, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on November 12, 2020. Lucie Ellis, 39, of Brooks Lane West, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting possessing crack cocaine, a class A drug, at Chichester Custody Centre on January 26, 2021; failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on March 30, 2021; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, in Durrington on July 23, 2020. She must pay £50 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Jack Mitten, 21, of Lindum Road, Tarring, was discharged conditionally for six months and given a restraining order after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on April 20, 2021. He was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing two wraps of cocaine, a class A drug, at Centenary House, Worthing, on April 20, 2021.

Ryan Breach, 31, of Brighton Road, Worthing, was jailed for four weeks and must pay £50 compensation after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Hove on August 15, 2020. He was jailed for four weeks to run consecutively and must pay £50 compensation after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Worthing on October 18, 2020.

Paul Hickey, 54, of Somerhill Avenue, Hove, was given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with alcohol treatment requirement after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Ladydell Road, East Worthing, on December 29, 2020. He was given a three-month consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting a second charge of assaulting a police constable by beating in Ladydell Road, East Worthing, on December 29, 2020. He must pay £100 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Elise Billinghame, 50, of Alandale Road, Sompting, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (97mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Boundstone Close, Lancing, on January 23, 2021. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Gary Culleton, 51, of Malthouse Way, Worthing, was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Worthing on March 7, 2021. He must pay £600 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Daniel Holmes, 34, of Steyne Street, Bognor Regis, was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing a Dyson vacuum cleaner having entered a property in Littlehampton as a trespasser on July 14, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £300 costs. He also admitted criminal damage, causing £200 damage to a window in Littlehampton on June 30, 2020; common assault in Wick on July 11, 2020; possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Wick on July 11, 2020; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Littlehampton on July 14, 2020; and damaging a window in Littlehampton on July 14, 2020, no separate penalties.

Thomas Churchill, 27, of The Strand, Goring, was fined £60 after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on March 7 and 14, 2021. The order was varied to include an additional 20 hours’ unpaid work, making a total of 80 hours.
