Richard Dawkins, 51, of Northbrook Road, Worthing, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting three charges of assault by beating in Worthing on November 28, 2020; and stealing one bottle of red wine worth £5 from Tesco, Worthing, on November 28, 2020. He must pay a total of £100 compensation.

Adam McGean, 55, of Rock Close, Whiterock Place, Southwick, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting knowingly permitting the smoking of cannabis, a class B drug, on premises he occupied in Rock Close, Southwick, on February 9, 2021. He also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Southwick on February 9, 2021, no separate penalty.

Brandon Maclean, 19, of Buckingham Road, Shoreham, was fined a total of £240 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty in Shoreham on July 11, 2020.

Edward Mills, 26, of Clarendon Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing nine wraps of diamorphine, a class A drug, in Worthing on November 9, 2020. He was fined £120 after admitting possessing one small wrap, approximately 0.3g, of cocaine, a class A drug, in Worthing on January 21, 2021.

Bradly King, 24, of Barnet Way, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting sending two emails which conveyed an indecent or grossly offensive message to cause distress or anxiety in Worthing on January 27, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Harvey Eastley, 19, of Clifton Road, Littlehampton, fined £100 and must pay £85 costs after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Littlehampton on September 18, 2020. He was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, must carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Littlehampton on November 23, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting driving without due care and attention in Clifton Road, Littlehampton, on November 23, 2020, no separate penalty. He also admitted failing to stop when required by a police constable; driving without the correct licence; and driving without insurance, in Clifton Road, Littlehampton, on November 23, 2020, no separate penalties. He admitted two charges of breaching a conditional discharge order and was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a community order for entering Worthing Pier as a trespasser with intent to do damage on March 16, 2020; using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Clifton Road, Worthing, on December 22, 2019; resisting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Clifton Road, Worthing, on December 22, 2019; and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Clifton Road, Worthing, on December 22, 2019.

Reece Neeley, 22, of Church Walk, Worthing, was fined £200 and must pay £50 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Worthing on August 8, 2020.

Paul Butt, 31, of Alpha Court, Terminus Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay £50 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Arundel on April 6, 2021. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. The order was varied to include an additional ten days’ rehabilitation activity requirement.

Ryan Wilkes, 28, of Busticle Lane, Sompting, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting breaching a non-molestation order by attending a property in Lancing on April 5, 2021.

Simon Boxall, 49, of Fullers Mead, Harlow, was fined £448 and must pay £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the B2139 in Amberley on May 30, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points. Teri Southgate, 33, of Addison Close, Lancing, must pay £500 compensation, £85 costs, after admitting damaging a vehicle in Lancing on March 22, 2020.
