Ryan Caldwell, 37, of Hazel Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £675 costs, after being found guilty of drink-driving (155mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Pagham Road, Pagham, on August 18, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He also admitted using a vehicle with a tyre that did not meet the legal minimum tread depth in Pagham Pagham Road, Pagham, on August 18, 2019, no separate penalty.

Hubert Muszynski, 32, of Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test when required at Chichester Custody Centre on February 7, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Terrence Bryan, 31, of Ivy Close, Westergate, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving a vehicle with an illegal number plate, in that it was a stick-on version and altered to obscure the registration mark, in Marine Parade, Worthing, on July 31, 2020.

Michael Crosby, 50, of College View, Epsom, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 40mph speed limit in Stane Street, Five Oaks, on July 12, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Spencer Pierce, 26, of Warwick Place, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified on the A29 Coldwaltham on December 1, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Tyler Madden, 23, of Bath House, The Steyne, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test when required in Bognor Regis on December 11, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Emma Clark, 18, of North Street, Midhurst, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (54mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Fleet, Fittleworth, on October 23, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Victoria Wunderley, 44, of Budges Road, Wokingham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing eye drops and nail products worth £330.16 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on June 5, 2020.

Carol Hedley, 54, of Fir Tree Way, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of assaulting an emergency worker, a PCSO and a police officer, by beating in Bognor Regis on August 28, 2020; assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, in Bognor Regis on August 28, 2020; and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Bognor Regis on August 28, 2020. She must pay a total of £100 compensation and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
