Daryl Paine, 28, of Lake View, Bognor Regis, was fined £318 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over 70mph in Arundel Road, Binsted, on July 8, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jonas Templeman, 42, of The Croft, Bognor Regis, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on August 11, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ashley Berry, 29, of School Road, Amberley, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 90 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating at Crawley Police Station on April 18, 2021. He must pay £100 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a new community order.

Richard Gray, 57, of Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at West Worthing Railway Station on September 24, 2020.

Gareth Wood, 42, of St James Road, Chichester, was fined £415 and must pay £42 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention on the A24 and A272 at Buck Barn, Horsham, on October 25, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with nine points.

Darren Moore, 43, of Frenches Mead, Billingshurst, was fined £293 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Billingshurst on July 18, 2020.

Stephen Collins, 50, of Malcolm Road, Tangmere, was given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work, after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Chichester on June 14, 2020. He must pay £5,200 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs,

Jo-Anna-Marie Daubney, 48, of Ockley Court, Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £209 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (772ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Gloucester Road, Bognor Regis, on June 16, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Gints Plostnieks, 52, of Goodwood Court, The Steyne, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (97mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Gordon Avenue, Bognor Regis, on December 6, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Dale Ashcroft, 61, of Hill Lane, Barnham, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £230 after admitting producing 28 cannabis plants, a class B drug, in Bognor Regis, on June 29, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Leigh Knowlden, 40, of Second Avenue, Bognor Regis, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis when required in Second Avenue, Bognor Regis, on October 17, 2020. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

Jamie Yates, 33, of Carleton Road, Chichester, was fined £200 after admitting possessing 2.43g of cocaine, a class A drug, in Chichester on August 25, 2019. He was fined £200 after admitting possessing psilocybin, a class A drug, in Chichester on August 25, 2019. He was fined £200 after admitting possessing 19 tablets of MDMA, a class A drug, in Chichester on August 25, 2019. He was fined £50 and must pay £65 costs after admitting possessing 20.3g of cannabis, a class B drug, in Chichester on August 25, 2019.

Arean Ali, 29, of Baffins Road, Portsmouth, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, on November 6, 2020. He also admitted driving without the correct licence in Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, on November 6, 2020, no separate penalty. His driving record was endorsed with eight points.

Leslie Chapple, 53, of Kingfisher Farm, Billingshurst, was jailed for 14 days after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to report as instructed on March 23, March 30, and April 6, 2021, and failing to maintain contact since March 20, 2021.

Stefan Stafi, 30, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (95mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Charles Purley Way, Bersted, on February 27, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Adam Stoneham, 42, of Rectory Road, Havant, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Birdham Road, Birdham, on March 5, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate, and failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on March 22, 2021, no separate penalties.
