Dovydas Butkus, 24, of Weir Road, Durrington, was given a community order with nine-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 6am daily, and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting having an offensive weapon, a knuckleduster, in Warwick Street, Worthing, on June 23, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Worthing on June 23, 2020.

Samuel Stevens, 36, of Addison Close, Lancing, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Lancing on March 22, 2020. He must pay £75 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Brendan Parker, 49, of South Farm Road, Broadwater, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (43mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in South Farm Road, Worthing, on December 4, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Joe Fowler, 24, of Lamorna Grove, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after admitting assault by beating in Burpham on February 8, 2020. He was issued with a restraining order and must pay £100 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Elliott Richardson, 21, of Mendip Road, Worthing, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on June 21, 2020. He was fined £85 after admitting driving without the correct licence in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on June 21, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Adrian Warwick, 53, of Buci Crescent, Shoreham, was fined £300 and must pay £42 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting having a knife with 20cm blade without good reason in Windsor Road, Worthing, on January 9, 2020. He was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting drug-driving (more than 10ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Windsor Road, Worthing, on January 9, 2020. He also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Worthing on January 9, 2020, no separate penalty.

Daniel Sadler, 26, of Bedford Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in High Street, Steyning, on July 16, 2019. He also admitted driving without the correct licence in High Street, Steyning, on July 16, 2019, no separate penalty.

Erac UK, of Vicarage Road, Egham, was fined £800 and must pay £85 costs after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on September 3, 2019. The company was also fined £800 and must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on September 12, 2019.

Kerry Fish, 37, of Heathfield Crescent, Portslade, was fined £200 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (48mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on February 29, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
