Michael King, 38, of Butlins, Bognor Regis, was fined £29 after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to stay in touch with his supervising officer since September 28, 2020.

Noah Chisham, 19, of Kings Avenue, Chichester, was fined £184 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Stocks Lane, East Wittering, on March 12, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Steve Bennett, 46, of Thurlow Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to comply with a solid white line in Station Road, Petworth, on March 3, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Artur Mikrut, 49, of Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, after admitting stealing make-up and drinking chocolate worth £10 from Poundland, Bognor Regis, on September 8, 2020. He was given a six-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and must pay £16.88 compensation after admitting stealing items worth £16.88 from The Co-op, Barnham, on August 11, 2020. He also admitted two charges of failing to comply with a community protection notice be entering a shop in London Road, Bognor Regis, and remaining in Bognor Regis town centre on September 8 and 26, 2020, no separate penalties. He was also found guilty of breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a six-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, for stealing a bottle of wine worth £5.50 from Tesco, Bognor Regis, on December 19, 2019.

Rhys Gardner, 27, of Ffordd Sgriven, Conwy, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to stop after an accident that caused damage to another vehicle in Yapton Road, Bognor Regis, on June 26, 2019; and drink-driving (94mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Yapton Road, Bognor Regis, on June 26, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 42 months.

Michael Conners, 31, of Scant Road East, Hambrook, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assault by beating in Southbourne on April 24, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Gemma Taylor, 28, of Taylors Close, Yapton, was given a community order with 12-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 7am to 7pm daily, and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Bognor Regis on March 15, 2020. She must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

George Ansell, 21, of High Street, Selsey, was fined £262 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Bracklesham Bay on April 21, 2020. He was also given a restraining order.

Stephen Nichols, 31, of Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 and must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to attend appointments on July 13 and September 14, 2020.

Brendon Stephens, 26, of Lagoon Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £263 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (2.3ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Yapton Road, Barnham, on April 25, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Liam Dreckmann, 29, of Petersfield Road, Midhurst, was fined £337 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (145mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Bepton Road, Midhurst, on March 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Andrew Caldwell, 32, of Florence Road, Chichester, was fined £461 and must pay £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (79mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Westhampnett Road, Chichester, on the Sainsbury’s roundabout, on August 23, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Daniel Lewis, 38, of Old Bakery Mews, East Street, Selsey, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 36ug/l cocaine) on the B2145 Selsey on March 22, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted drug-driving (not less than 571ug/l benzoylecgonine) on the B2145 Selsey on March 22, 2020, no separate penalty.

Julie Twitchen, 45, of Wisteria Heights, Shripney Lane, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting harassment, breaching a restraining order, by making contact via Facebook in Bognor Regis on July 14, 2020.

Kristaps Melderis, 28, of Bayview Court, Nyewood Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £484 and must pay £48 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis when required in Chichester on October 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with ten points.
