Catherine Gallagher, 48, of Sheridan Road, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £200 after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required at Chichester Custody Centre on September 30, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

Sylas Garrod, 26, of Mill Road, Arundel, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 5ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the A259 Littlehampton on May 11, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Michael Johnson, 57, of Horsham Road, Littlehampton, was fined £180 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (252ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Horsham Road, Littlehampton, on April 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months. He also admitted drug-driving (2.1ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Horsham Road, Littlehampton, on April 21, 2020, no separate penalty.

Edward King, 38, of Falkland Avenue, Littlehampton, was fined £392 and must pay £39 victim surcharge, £625 costs, after admitting being in charge of a motor vehicle while over the drink-drive limit (193mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Church Street, Littlehampton, on October 26, 2019. His driving licence was endorsed with ten points.

Kiel Springer, 25, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in New Road, Littlehampton, on August 13, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with eight points. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Philip Carter, 29, of Seaway Grove, Porchester, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (3.9ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the A27 Arundel on March 26, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Siobhan Waters, 38, of Station Parade, Tarring Road, Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Findon Road, Findon Valley, on September 13, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Tracey Gulliver, 42, of Meadway Court, The Boulevard, Worthing, was fined £200 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (91mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Shoreham on September 13, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Clive Mayhew, 59, of Byron Road, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay £120 compensation after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a paramedic, in Worthing on August 8, 2020.

Damien Hyatt, 40, of Leicester Road, Whitwick, was fined £265 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when required at Chichester Custody Centre on October 11, 2020. He was fined £100 after admitting driving without insurance in Wick Street, Littlehampton, on October 10, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Sareeya Cole, 47, of Foxes Croft, Barnham, was fined £110 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by British Transport Police at Eastfield Road level crossing in Surrey on August 27, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Stefan Mantescu, 27, of Streatfield Avenue, East Ham, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £350 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on November 1, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Campbell, 35, of Terringes Avenue, Worthing, must pay £350 compensation, £250 costs, after admitting assault by beating, racially aggravated, in Worthing on August 25, 2019. He must pay £350 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on August 25, 2019. He also admitted possessing two small wraps of cocaine in Worthing on August 25, 2019, no separate penalty.
