Kieran Sharp-McStravock, 32, of Orchard Caravan Site, Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by stay and work as instructed on February 5, 2020, and failing to attend unpaid work on February 6, 2020.

Liam Watts, 26, of Medmerry Court, Selsey, was fined £40 and must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend planned office appointments on February 12 and 25, 2020.

Sylas Garrod, 25, of Mill Road, Arundel, was fined £230 and must pay £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in The Strand, Goring, on September 6, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £230 and disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting drug-driving (4.5ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the M27 Portsmouth on January 12, 2020.

Max Hill, 21, of Trundle View Close, Barnham, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (9.9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Ford Road, Arundel, on October 13, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Thomas Kelly, 26, of Eastland Road, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (94mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the B2145 Hunston on February 28, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 25 months.

Slawomir Majchrzak, 50, of Osborne Way, Bognor Regis, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (124mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on February 21, 2020. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 33 months.

Richard Collier, 30, of Linden Court, Linden Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 160 hours’ unpaid work after admitting handling stolen goods, a BMW motorcycle, in Littlehampton on April 10, 2020. He was fined £200 and his driving record was endorsed with six points after admitting using a vehicle without insurance in Phoenix Close, Littlehampton, on April 10, 2020. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Emmanuwal Gnanathas, 38, of Boundary road, Colliers Wood, London, was given a community order and must carry out 240 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of intentionally touching a woman in a sexual way without consent in Chichester on July 24, 2019. He must pay £500 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £750 costs.

Rosarrios Ltd, of Oakfield Road, East Wittering, was fined £900 and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on August 5, 2019.

Alan Kimber, 38, of Avington Green, Havant, was fined £146 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Chichester on October 15, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Eric Nwankwo, 30, of Hambledon Road, Waterlooville, was fined £196 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Stocks Lane, East Wittering, on October 24, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Julie Thomas, 43, of Yapton Road, Barnham, was fined £107 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in London Road, Pulborough, on November 4, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Debora Xavier, 49, of Newlands Lane, Chichester, was fined £40 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence in Cathedral Way, Chichester, on November 7, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Edward Ashcroft, 31, of South Bank, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (146mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) on the A285 at St Mary’s Farm, Upwaltham, on January 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Danny Lamport, 30, of Rivermead, Pulborough, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving while disqualified in High Street, Storrington, on January 28, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Darrel Jenkins, 32, of Larch Close, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Bognor Regis on December 14, 2019; and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Bognor Regis on December 14, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jordan Kennett, 40, of Hedge End, Barnham, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Nyewood Lane, Bognor Regis, on May 1, 2020.

Ricky Stanton, 36, of Soberton Road, Havant, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £248 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting damaging a mobile phone and mobile phone case worth £248 in Chichester on May 3, 2019.

Lee Stevens, 42, of Elbridge Crescent, Bognor Regis, was fined £1,666 and must pay £150 compensation, £166 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Pagham on February 20, 2020. He was also given a restraining order.
