Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Sarah Hull, 43, of Victoria Gardens, Westergate, was fined £40 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on February 1, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Luke Mulcahy, 26, of Ash Lane, Rustington, was fined £660 and must pay £88 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in The Causeway, Arundel, on June 15, 2020. He was fined £220 after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence in The Causeway, Arundel, on June 15, 2020. She was given an eight-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £38.25 compensation after admitting stealing personal care products worth £38.25 from Sainsbury’s, Goring, on July 7, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £118.35 compensation after admitting stealing food worth £118.45 from Tesco Express, Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on July 23, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing food worth approximately £200 from Budgens, Hassocks, on July 31, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £100 compensation after admitting stealing meat worth £100 from The Co-op, Lancing, on July 31, 2020. She was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £5.50 compensation after admitting stealing a steak worth £5.50 from The Co-op, Goring, on September 1, 2020. She was given three eight-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, and must pay a total of £200.70 compensation after admitting stealing from The Co-op, Broadwater, meat worth £60.70 on September 17, 2020; and meat worth approximately £70 on September 18 and 19, 2020. He was placed on the sex offenders register for five years.

Jose Alexandre, 46, of East Ham Road, Littlehampton, must pay £675.60 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting damaging a police yellow phone in Worthing on September 6, 2020. He admitted two charges of being drunk and disorderly in a public place, Chatsworth Road, Worthing, on September 6, 2020, and Chapel Road, Worthing, on September 9, 2020, no separate penalties. He also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Warwick Street, Worthing, on September 16, 2020, no separate penalty. He was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must pay a total of £100 compensation after admitting two charges of assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in Marine Parade, Worthing, on September 9, 2002. He was fined £75 and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Marine Parade, Worthing, on September 9, 2020.

Maxwell Stokes, 18, of Watling Court, Butts Road, Southwick, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting possessing 45.8g of MDMA, a class A drug, in Brighton on December 11, 2019; possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Southwick on December 11, 2019; possessing 58.8g of cannabis in Southwick on January 5, 2020; and possessing 0.05g of MDMA in Southwick on January 5, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Angelo Siriano, 65, of Arundel Road, Worthing, was fined £523 and must pay £52 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Arundel Road, Worthing, on June 12, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Emma Paine, 42, of Western Place, Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £50 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Worthing on August 21, 2020.

Kirsten Nagan, 32, of Pilgrims Walk, Worthing, was fined £314 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required at Parkfield Road, Worthing, on August 17, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Thomas Wase, 28, of Grassmere Close, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (73mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on August 29, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Danny Wood, 31, of Stane Street, Codmore Hill, Pulborough, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Canada Road, Arundel, on August 30, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

James Adams, 22, of Mant Close, Climping, was fined £275 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (49mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Angmering on August 29, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
