John Humphrey, 40, of Courtwick Lane, Littlehampton, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting breaching a protection from harassment order in Littlehampton on April 4, 2020. He was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £85 costs after admitting harassment, breaching a restraining order, in Littlehampton on May 19, 2020. He was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £85 costs after breaching a restraining order by being in the company of someone he was prohibited from seeing, in Littlehampton on October 1, 2020. He was given a six-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable by beating in Littlehampton on October 1, 2020. He was given a four-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months after admitting a second charge of assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable by beating in Littlehampton on October 1, 2020.

Mark Salter, 33, of Gravits Lane, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and fined a total of £80, after admitting possessing eight wraps of crack cocaine and seven wraps of heroin, class A drugs, in Railway Approach, Worthing, on February 11, 2020. He also admitted intentionally obstructing a police constable in Railway Approach, Worthing, on February 11, 2020, no separate penalty. He was fined £100 after admitting breaching a community order by failing to report for appointments on November 29, 2018, and January 10, 2019. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Brett Strudwick, 36, of Northfields Lane, Westergate, was fined £450 and must pay £150 compensation, £350 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Littlehampton on July 28, 2019.

Craig Payne, 46, of Meadowfield Road, Sompting, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting driving while disqualified in Meadowfield Road, Sompting, on August 29, 2020. He was given a concurrent eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting driving while disqualified in Western Road, Lancing, on June 1, 2020. He also admitted two charges of driving without insurance, on June 1 and August 29, 2020, no separate penalties. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Paul Rogers, 44, of Valencia Road, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £80 after admitting harassment by making telephone calls, leaving voicemail messages, sending an email and leaving a text message, as well as making contact in person in Worthing between February 24, 2020, and April 8, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Philip Vincent, 50, of The Quadrant, Worthing, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting burglary with intent to steal, with others, entering Tesco Express, Goring Way, Worthing, as a trespasser on April 15, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Linton Woolley, 32, of Lavinia Way, East Preston, was given a community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work, after admitting stealing meat worth £73.55 from Tesco Express, Littlehampton, on May 10, 2020; stealing branded cosmetic items worth £700 from Superdrug, Littlehampton, on August 18, 2020; and stealing two bottles of wine worth £25.14 from Littlehampton on May 8, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ashley Bagnall, 23, of Vineries Close, Salvington, was fined £230 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (89mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Salvington Gardens, Worthing, on July 25, 2020. He must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Jegor Guppy, 23, of Winterberry Way, Littlehampton, was fined £200 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in St Flora’s Road, Littlehampton, on January 4, 2020.

George Boyce-Seaton, 38, of Court Road, Orpington, was fined £34 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (89mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the Shoreham flyover on July 26, 2020. He was disqualified form driving for 17 months.

Albert Watters, 49, of The Quadrant, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting wilfully obstructing two police constables in the execution of their duty in The Quadrant, Worthing, on July 27, 2020.

Joshua Lee, 25, of The Quadrant, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing four small bags of cannabis, a class B drug, in Worthing on July 31, 2020; and being drunk and disorderly in Marine Parade, Worthing, on July 11, 2020.

Mark Harwood, 55, of Floyds Corner, Surrey Street, Littlehampton, was given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting having a hunting knife, without good reason, in Surrey Street car park, Littlehampton, on April 12, 2020. He was given a four-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting having an unloaded firearm, a BSA Meteor air rifle, in Littlehampton on April 12, 2020. He was also given a four-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Littlehampton on April 12, 2020. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
