Simon Cole, 50, of Brighton Road, Lancing, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting producing cannabis, a class B drug, in Lancing on June 22, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ben King, 29, of Mansell Road, Shoreham, must pay £50 compensation after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in Mansell Road, Shoreham, on July 18, 2020. He was fined £50 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Mansell Road, Shoreham, on July 18, 2020. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order.

Henryk Galuszka, 42, of Helen Court, Mill Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting displaying some writing, sign or other visible representation which was threatening or abusive, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Chapel Road, Worthing, on May 16, 2020.

Lee Harvey, 29, of Tregonwell Road, Bournemouth, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs after admitting possessing diamorphine, a class A drug, in Worthing on April 29, 2019. He was fined £120 after admitting possessing crack cocaine, a class A drug in Worthing on April 29, 2019.

Oliver Hovell, 38, of Tacklee Road, Yapton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (60mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Burndell Road, Yapton, on August 5, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Jonathan Rogers, 44, of Offington Gardens, Worthing, was fined £7,019 and must pay £190 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (94mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on August 4, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Phillip Danks, 54, of Rowan Way, Angmering, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £25 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on February 22, 2020; and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was also given a restraining order.

Robert Chadwick, 45, of Teville Road, Worthing, was fined £50 and must pay £21 victim surcharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Chapel Road, Worthing, on August 4, 2020. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order.
