Jack Asling, 33, of Sutherland Court, Sutherland Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Bognor Regis on July 20, 2020.

Ryan Hanlon, 42, of Bath House, The Steyne, Bognor Regis, was fined £100 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (45mg alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on March 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted two charges of drug-driving (33ug/l cocaine, 348ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on March 21, 2020, no separate penalties.

Craig Sandalls, 35, c/o St Cyriacs, Chichester, was fined £50 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-driving limit (13ug/l cocaine) in Blomfield Drive, Chichester, on January 29, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was fined £50 after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-driving limit (more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Blomfield Drive, Chichester, on January 29, 2020. He was fined £50 after admitting possessing pregabalin, a class C drug, in Chichester on January 29, 2020. He also admitted breaching a community order by failing to answer appointments on July 22 and August 5, 2020.

Susanna Nicholls, 66, of The Street, Nutbourne, was fined £215 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention on the A285 Temple Bar, Chichester, on June 2, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with five points.

Jeffrey Mather, 70, of High Street, Belmont, Bolton, was fined £44 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (98mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, on June 29, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Oliver Hovell, 38, of, Tacklee Road, Yapton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (60mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Burndell Road, Yapton, on August 5, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.
