Thomas Cheek, 29, of Cavendish Road, Southsea, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 West Ashling on March 26, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Faye Cogger, 31, of Barlavington Way, Midhurst, was fined £254 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Dodsley Lane, Easebourne, on February 5, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Nahid Rahman, 23, of Terringes Avenue, Worthing, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 Aldingbourne on March 31, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Christopher Relf, 44, of Shalbourne Crescent, Bracklesham Bay, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit on the B2179 East Wittering on March 29, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Nikki Simmons, 33, of Westward House, Fishbourne Road East, Chichester, was fined £220 after being found guilty of driving without the correct licence in Fishbourne Road East, Chichester, on May 16, 2020. She was fined £660 and must pay £88 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Fishbourne Road East, Chichester, on May 16, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Marcin Kucmierz, 34, of Green Lane Terrace, Dorset Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £500 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, on May 18, 2020. He was fined £166 after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence in Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, on May 18, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Paul Rowland, 64, of Bridgewater Close, Billingshurst, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Thakeham Road, Storrington, on December 19, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Piotr Szczerbicki, 27, of Osprey Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £212 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Rowan Way, Bognor Regis, on February 21, 2020. He was fined £70 after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving with an expired substantive licence in Rowan Way, Bognor Regis, on February 21, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

CJ Hurst (Lickfold) Ltd, of The Stables, Kesters Barn, The Street, Bury, was fined £788 and must pay £78 victim surcharge, £309.20 costs, after admitting failing to comply with a notice issued by West Sussex County Council to make a disused petrol tank safe in situ or remove it from the site before May 10, 2019.

Darren Lamport, 28, of Rivermead, Pulborough, must pay £60 costs after admitting failing to attend unpaid work on September 13 and 27, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional 15 hours’ unpaid work, making a total of 115 hours.

Kingsley Hamilton, 31, of Victoria Court, Clifton Road, Worthing, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing a charity box worth £50 from One Stop, Bognor Regis, on September 28, 2019. He must pay £50 compensation. He was fined £40 after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in The Boulevard, Worthing, on July 25, 2020.

Peter Dunn, 51, of Bracklesham Court, Bracklesham Lane, Bracklesham Bay, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting damaging a Sussex Police telephone at Bognor Regis Police Station on August 8, 2020; and possessing herbal cannabis mixed with tobacco in a tobacco pouch of cannabis and cannabis resin, a class B drug, in Centenary House, Worthing, on August 8, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, in Station Road, Bognor Regis, on August 8, 2020, no separate penalty.

Jason Squires, 33, of Highfield Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £480 and must pay £48 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (53mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Central Avenue, Bognor Regis, on August 8, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Mark Bulpitt, 50, of Ellasdale Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly in a public place, East Street, Chichester, on July 21, 2020.

Tony Bytheway, 45, of Chestnut Close, Lakeside Caravan Park, Vinetrow Road, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting interfering with a vehicle with intention of theft in Bognor Regis on November 9, 2019.
