Paul Tully, 37, of Ash Grove, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting four charges of fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, using another person’s bank card intending to make a gain through contactless purchases on January 6, 2020, including £26.93 worth of items from Esso, Bognor Regis; £26.29 worth of items from Tesco, Bognor Regis; £6 worth of items from Linden Stores, Bognor Regis; and £28.35 worth of items from Tesco, Bognor Regis. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He was also fined £50 after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to keep in touch with his supervising officer.

Paul Dixon, 47, of Sidlaw Terrace, Clarence Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to report for induction appointments on September 21 and 29, 2020.

Thomas Kelly, 26, of Eastland Road, Chichester, was given a community order with four-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 7pm to 6am daily, after admitting having the blade of a steak knife in a public place without good reason in Whyke Road, Chichester, on August 7, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Piotr Wiertel, 42, of Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in a public place, Lennox Street, Bognor Regis, on August 6, 2020.

Kelly Glockner, 40, of Pennicott Road, Bersted, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £45 costs, after admitting drink-driving (79mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Colworth Road, Bersted, on August 7, 2020. She was disqualifed from driving for 17 months.

Andzej Petrusevic, 26, of Normanton Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (67mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Victoria Drive Roundabout, Bognor Regis, on August 8, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Laura Beales, 27, of Longford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on November 19, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Joyce, 28, of Heathfield Road, Selsey, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Fareham on June 15, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted stealing a quantity of drugs/medication from South Central Ambulance Service in Fareham on June 15, 2020, no separate penalty.

Joshua Osborne, 29, of Selsey Tram House, Stockbridge Road, Chichester, was given a community order with six-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 8am daily, and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Chichester on June 15, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also admitted driving without insurance and driving without the correct licence in Caledonian Road, Chichester, on June 15, 2020, and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Chichester on June 15, 2020, no separate penalties.
