Lucie Ellis, 38, of Brooks Lane West, Bognor Regis, was fined £25 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £50 costs, after admitting stealing clothing worth £14 from Peacocks, Bognor Regis, on January 20, 2020. She was also fined £25 after admitting stealing goods worth £20 from Wilko, Bognor Regis, on January 20, 2020. She admitted breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a community order with alcohol treatment requirement for assaulting an emergency worker by beating in Rustington on April 29, 2019; damaging the inside of a police van in Rustington on April 29, 2019; stealing two bottles of wine from Tesco Express, Bognor Regis, on April 29, 2019; failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on June 10, 2019; and assault by beating in Chichester on December 24, 2018.

Daniel Hobden, 38, of Belmont Lodge, Belmont Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 after admitting possessing diamorphine, a class A drug, in Chichester on February 18, 2020. He was fined £40 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence in Hunston Road, Chichester, on February 18, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Adam Nevins, 54, of Cleasby Court, Kirklands Close, Menston, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and fined £500 after admitting two charges of breaching a restraining order, by sending a Valentine’s Day card to Chichester on March 2, 2020, and sending a WhatsApp message to Chichester on March 3, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Brenton Kay, 34, of Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships activity requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of assault in Bognor Regis on December 20, 2019. He was given a community order and must pay a total of £300 compensation after admitting assault in Chichester on December 20, 2019; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Chichester on December 20, 2019; damaging six bottles of wine worth £100 at Select Convenience Store, Chichester, on December 20, 2019; and assault by beating in Chichester on December 20, 2019. He was also given a restraining order.

Luke Rutter, 31, of Exton Road, Chichester, was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting having an axe in West Street, Chichester, without good reason on March 12, 2020. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Irdi Berisha, 38, of Watford Way, Mill Hill, London, was given an eight-week prison, suspended for 12 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting driving while disqualified in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on September 12, 2020. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Caan Searle, 29, of Navigation Drive, Yapton, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on July 12 and 19, 2020. He was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a community order with four-week curfew, electronically monitored, for taking a vehicle without consent and before it was recovered, damage was caused to the vehicle, another vehicle and a wall in Arundel on August 14, 2019.

Laura Dempster, 32, of Tangmere Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (86mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Tangmere Gardens, Bognor Regis, on July 11, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Prashant Gohil aka Ashley Burgess, 32, of Tupper Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (9.0ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the A27 Arundel on May 7, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Libby Gough, 25, of Russell House, Bepton Road, Midhurst, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (50mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A272 Trotton on July 13, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months. She also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Ainars Stambergs, 30, of Wood Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (79mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, on July 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Christopher Chuter, 30, of Erica Way, Horsham, was fined £553 and must pay £74 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Arundel on July 13, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was fined £184 after admitting speeding, driving over 70mph on the A27 Arundel on July 13, 2020.

John Burgess, 23, of The Glade, Pagham, was jailed for seven days after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to attend appointments on June 23, August 27 and September 2, 2020.

Timothy Condon, 50, of Mayfield Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink and disorderly behaviour in Pagham Road, Bognor Regis, on July 8, 2020. He was fined £200 after admitting breaching a conditional discharge order.

Tomas Smilgys, 36, of Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Bognor Regis on March 21, 2020. He must pay £100 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
