Kamel Makni, 44, of Hanover House, Chapel Road, Worthing, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £250 costs, after admitting failing to provide specimen of breath when required in Littlehampton on May 30, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Emma Dickinson, 39, of King Edward Avenue, Worthing, was fined £438 and must pay £43 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (89mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in King Edward Avenue, Worthing, on June 26, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Andrew Jones, 39, of Leigh Road, Broadwater, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (88mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Forest Road, Worthing, on June 25, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Shane Blackburn, 21, of Kings House, Lime Street, Southampton, was given a community order and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Worthing on October 29, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Patrick McDowell, 35, of Selsey Close, Worthing, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting destroying a mobile phone in Coldwaltham between March 28 and 31, 2020; assault by beating in Coldwaltham between March 28 and 31, 2020; assault by beating in Coldwaltham on May 1, 2020; and two charges of assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Coldwaltham on May 2, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £50 compensation to each of the two police officers.

Lawrence Bradley, 34, of Rugby Road Worthing, was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement, alcohol treatment requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting making a phone call that conveyed a threat to cause distress or anxiety in Arundel on August 3, 2020. He was given a four-month concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting damaging a window in Arundel on January 18, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sam Jones, 27, of Hurstfield, Lancing, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting breaching a restraining order by sending Instagram messages in Lancing on April 30, 2020; and breaching a conditional discharge order. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ryan Bolton, 21, of Ardingly Drive, Goring, was fined £83 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop when directed by a police constable in Acacia Road, Worthing, on June 25, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Daniel Lovick, 47, of Castle Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Grove Crescent, Littlehampton, on May 19, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

David Hopkins, 36, of Eden Court, Gratwicke Drive, Littlehampton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing alcohol worth approximately £50 from Morrisons, Littlehampton, on February 12, 2020; stealing alcohol worth approximately £50 from Morrisons, Littlehampton, on February 5, 2020; and stealing alcohol worth approximately £80 from Morrisons, Littlehampton, on January 28, 2020.

Darren Casey, 42, of Clun Road, Littlehampton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting causing £465 damage to a fence belonging to Arun District Council at Chilgrove House, Kimberry, on April 12, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £465 compensation.

Connor Latchford, 21, of Craylands, Basildon, was jailed for eight weeks and must pay £100 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in The Steyne, Worthing, on July 4, 2020.

Tatton Cattermole, 26, of Tor Church Road, Torquay, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Teville Road, Worthing, on July 2, 2020.

Danielle Linnington, 32, of Sussex Street, Littlehampton, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing a small quantity of cannabis, a class B drug, in Littlehampton on February 28, 2020.

Harry Whyte, 25, of Leconfield Road, Lancing, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing items totalling £5.70 from The Co-op, Lancing, on May 18, 2020. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order.

Alfie Drew, 25, of Brighton Road, Crawley, was given a community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and fined £120, after admitting stealing a purse and contents worth £40 in Worthing on September 18, 2019. He must pay £10 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Joe White, 36, of The Vinery, St Mary’s Road, Shoreham, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Brunswick Road and St Mary’s Road, Shoreham, on May 12, 2020. He was fined £40 after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, on July 27, 2020. He also admitted breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for damaging a family waiting room at Worthing Hospital on December 18, 2019; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress at Worthing Hospital on December 18, 2019; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Worthing on January 16, 2020; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in Mongague Street, Worthing, on January 10, 2020.

Tristen Cluett, 28, of Sylvester Road, Cowplain, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, presenting a false bank statement with false address details intending to cause loss at HSBC, Goring, on July 9, 2019; and dishonestly making a false representation, presenting a false bank statement with false address details intending to cause loss at HSBC, Newport, on July 2, 2019. He must pay £3,637.59 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Goring on July 9, 2019, no separate penalty.

Matthew Heighton, 34, of Beaumont Road, Broadwater, must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (257ug/l ketamine) in Teville Road, Worthing, on January 13, 2020, no separate penalty. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Elentari Manning, 30, of Windsor Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to comply with a section 35 direction to leave Steyne Gardens, Worthing, when required by a police constable, behaving in a drunk and disorderly manner when warned to leave, and returning to Steyne Gardens within the exclusion period.

Sean Tierney, 33, of South Terrace, Littlehampton, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and fined £50 after admitting assault by beating in Littlehampton on February 4, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jeffrey Prest, 51, of Pier Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £775 costs, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Sompting on March 5, 2020.

Phillip Maine, 59, of Marline Court, Little High Street, Shoreham, was fined £692 and must pay £69 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (118mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Ropetackle, Shoreham, on July 4, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Lucy Hunt, 27, of Holbeach Close, Portsmouth, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing mixed goods worth £339.15 from Savers, Littlehampton, on March 20, 2020. She also admitted stealing mixed goods worth £189.86 from New Look, Littlehampton, on March 20, 2020, no separate penalty.

Minnie-Mo Hunt, 25, of Kiln Lane, Conifer Park, Epsom, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing mixed goods worth £339.15 from Savers, Littlehampton, on March 20, 2020. She also admitted stealing mixed goods worth £189.86 from New Look, Littlehampton, on March 20, 2020, no separate penalty.

Amy Holloway, 27, of Burry Cottages, West Street, Sompting, was fined £161 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Western Road, Sompting, on January 13, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with seven points.

Lee Mcrickus, 42, of Somerset Gardens, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Littlehampton on December 21, 2019.

Joshua Beckett, 19, of Cissbury Gardens, Findon Valley, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-driving limit (7.0ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Storrington Rise car park, Findon Valley, on January 31, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with ten points.
