Lauren Darbey, 24, of Pepper Close, Hayling Island, was fined £230 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (49mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Chichester on June 28, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Patrick Kearvell, 79, of Kings Court, The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (43mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, on June 28, 2020. he was disqualified from driving for 13 months.

Joshua Harding, 23, of Westwood House, Fishbourne Road East, Chichester, was given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting having an 8in kitchen knife without good reason in the grounds of Siddlesham Hanging Baskets on the B2145 Siddlesham on September 4, 2019. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lawrence Bradley, 34, of Rugby Road Worthing, was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement, alcohol treatment requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting making a phone call that conveyed a threat to cause distress or anxiety in Arundel on August 3, 2020. He was given a four-month concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting damaging a window in Arundel on January 18, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Bradey Martin, 27, of London Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Bognor Regis on June 26, 2020.

Darcey Faulkner, 26, of Addison Road, Southsea, was given a community order with four-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 6am daily after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Chichester on January 25, 2020. She must pay a total of £200 compensation.

Jordan Laing, 20, of Addison Road, Southsea, was given a community order with four-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 6am daily, after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Chichester on January 25, 2020. He must pay a total of £200 compensation.

Sally South, 51, of Lancaster Place, Orchard Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £100 and must pay £100 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on May 4, 2020.

Martin Roberts, 26, of Bridgefield Close, Midhurst, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months with eight-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 7pm to 6am daily, after admitting damaging a windscreen in Fishbourne Road East, Fishbourne, on June 27, 2020. He was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £234 compensation after admitting damaging a front door in Fishbourne Road East, Fishbourne, on June 27, 2020. He was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Fishbourne Road East, Fishbourne, on June 27, 2020. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jesse Sandhu, 22, of The Layne, Bognor Regis, was fined £225 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Bognor Regis on January 4, 2020.

Graham Levell, 37, of Merston Place, Bersted, was given a community order with 12-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 7pm to 7am Friday to Sunday, and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting having an offensive weapon, a police-style baton, in Brickfield Close, Bognor Regis, on March 2, 2020. He also admitted producing two cannabis plants in Merston Place, Bognor Regis, on March 2, 2020, and assault in Bognor Regis on March 2, 2020, no separate penalty. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jay Mills, 21, of Loates Lane, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with anger management course requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on November 19, 2019. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £775 costs.

Paul Dixon, 47, of Sidlaw Terrace, Clarence Road, Bognor Regis, was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with drug rehabilitation requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and must pay £200 compensation, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Bognor Regis on September 2, 2019. He was given a six-month consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting having a razor blade without good reason in Richmond Road, Bognor Regis, on September 2, 2019. He was given a six-month concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting having a sharply-pointed red kitchen knife without good reason in Richmond Road, Bognor Regis, on September 2, 2019. He must pay £36 compensation after admitting stealing household goods worth £36 from The Co-op, Barnham, on October 5, 2019.

Luke Burton, 27, of Richmond Avenue, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing 0.2g of cocaine, a class A drug, in Richmond Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 29, 2020; possessing 300g of cannabis, a class B drug, in Richmond Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 29, 2020; possessing 39g of ketamine, a class B drug, in Richmond Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 29, 2020; possessing diazapam, a class C drug, in Richmond Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 29, 2020.

James Lidbetter, 40, of Strawberry Field, Spinney North, Pulborough, was fined £75 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Storrington, on July 4, 2020. He was also fined £184 after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Storrington on July 4, 2020.

Paula Reddings, 43, of Orchard Street, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 24 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing six wraps of diamorphine, a class A drug, in Bognor Regis on June 14, 2019.

Lee Mcrickus, 42, of Somerset Gardens, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Littlehampton on December 21, 2019.

Matthew Richards, 24, of Rosehill, Billingshurst, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Billingshurst on August 13, 2020; damaging a television worth £250 in Billingshurst on August 13, 2020; and damaging a Kindle worth £100 in Billingshurst on August 13, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge. He also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Billingshurst on August 13, 2020, no separate penalty.

Shanie Hillman, 44, of Dolphin Court, The Steyne, Bognor Regis, was fined £153 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Riverside Caravan Park, Bognor Regis, on June 9, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.
