Cheryl Marfe, 42, of Honeysuckle Walk, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £150 costs after pleading guilty to allowing premises to be used for smoking cannabis.

Thomas Brooks, 29, of New Street, Horsham, was fined £165 with £247.50 in vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs. He had been convicted of keeping a car on a public road after it had been declared SORN.

Dennis Loveridge, 54, of Mill Place Caravan Park, Slough, was fined £600 and ordered to pay £380 and £90 costs after being convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on the A24 at Buck Barn.

Abigail Booth, 29, of Percy Road, Horsham, was fined £67 with a £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs. She had pleaded guilty to failing to notify the Secretary of State that a vehicle had been transferred to a new keeper.

Craig Fry, 35, of Alder Close, Horsham, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £9.98 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs after pleading guilty to causing criminal damage at Hop Oast service station.

Leigh Moxam, 21, of no fixed address, was jailed for three months after he pleaded guilty to common assault and causing criminal damage in an incident in Small Dole.

Steven Miller, 47, of Wordsworth Place, was fined £110, with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he admitted breaching a restraining order.

Thomas Dodd, 20, of Horsham Road, Cowfold, was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £250, with a £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs after pleading guilty to drink driving.

Elliott Golds, 31, of Shooting Field, Steyning, was fined £40, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and had three penalty points added to his licence after pleading guilty to driving without due care and attention at Henfield.

Michael Jarvis, 24, of Farthings Hill, Horsham, was banned from driving for ten months and fined £880, with a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.

Donald Mardell, 51, of Longfield Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 compensation after pleading guilty to common assault.

Pauline Mulholland, 44, of Lower Tanbridge Way, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year and fined £110 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs after she admitted drink driving.

Daniel Wightman, 24, of Wallis Way, Horsham, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and three penalty points added to his licencea fter he pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention.

Jean-Luc Small, 19, of Dukes Square, Horsham, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis.

Wayne Bridle, 33, of Macleod Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress. He was also given a restraining order barring him from contacting two residents of Eversfield Road, Horsham.
