August 26:

Adam Ball, 36, of Purbeck Close, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to failing to stop his Honda CBR vehicle when required to do so by a police officer. The offence took place at Station Road, Hailsham, on June 16. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour toward a police officer on the same date. He was given a two year conditional discharge.

Peter Kingston, 40, of North Road, Brighton, pleaded guilty to stealing meat products worth £40, from Co-op in Polegate High Street, on June 14. He was given a six month conditional discharge.

Spencer Wallis, 20, of Vale Road, Seaford, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cocaine. The offence took place at Seaford on June 14. He was fined £480.

Tom McGrath, 25, of Sidley Road, Eastbourne, indicated a plea of guilty to stealing a door key. The offence took place at Eastbourne on June 4. He was fined £200.

Michael Beirne, 37, of Bronte Drive, Stonecross, Pevensey, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. The offence took place at Stone Cross on June 21. He was fined £180 and ordered to pay £75 in compensation.

Megan Davies, 28, of Moore Park, Hailsham, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place at Geering Park, Hailsham, on June 22. She was fined £80.

Luke West, 26, of Ash Close, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Beachy Head Road, Eastbourne, on June 21, while twice over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 75 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £460 and banned from driving for 17 months.

August 27:

Timothy Saunders 22, of Woolf Way, Stone Cross, Pevensey, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cannabis with intent to supply. The offence took place at Stone Cross on April 19. The court made a community order with a requirement of 100 hours of unpaid work.

Dean Moore, 51, of Seaside Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Terminus Road, Eastbourne, on May 22, with no insurance or licence. He was fined £100 and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

September 2:

Eduardo Samaniego, 40, of Ashington Gardens, Peacehaven, indicated a plea of guilty to assaulting a nurse by beating her. The offence took place at Eastbourne on February 7. He was given a six month conditional discharge.

Christopher Vine, 49, of Foxglove Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Fiat vehicle on Seaside Road, Eastbourne, on January 26 with cannabis in his blood stream. He was fined £360 and banned from driving for one year.

Oliver Warrington, 22, of Pevensey Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall vehicle on Myrtle Road, Eastbourne, on February 23, with the controlled drug Benzoylecgonine in his blood stream. He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance at Eastbourne on the same date. The court made a community order with a requirement of 90 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for two years.
