Neil Baker, 32, of Maywood Avenue, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Mini Cooper on Marsden Road, Eastbourne, on April 23, with cannabis in his blood stream. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for three years.

Murray Dunne, 19, of Mount Idol View, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW on the A271 at Hailsham, on May 22, with cannabis in his blood stream. He was given a one year conditional discharge and banned from driving for one year.

Elizabeth Martin, 47, of Paradise Drive, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes vehicle on the A259 at Pevensey, on September 2, while twice over the drink drive limit. She gave a breath alcohol reading of 70 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. She was fined £115 and banned from driving for 17 months.

Anthony Rogers, 59, of Upper Avenue, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour toward staff and patrons of Bibendum bar, in Eastbourne, on November 19 last year. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour at Uckfield on July 8. 
He pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer at Uckfield on the same date.
He pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court custody at Hastings on August 6. He admitted being in breach of a two year conditional discharge, made by an earlier court for an offence of threatening behaviour. 
The court made a community order with a six month electronically monitored curfew between 6pm and 6am. Magistrates issued a restraining order.
