January 11:

Emily Blue, 25, of Faversham Road, Eastbourne, was found guilty of failing to give information to police relating to the identity of the driver of an MG vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, at Sussex on February 18, last year. 
She was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. 
She was banned from driving for six months.

Peter Lonergan, 36, of Cavendish Place, Eastbourne, indicated a plea of guilty to entering BN21 Designs, at Eastbourne Railway Station, as a trespasser, on June 29 last year, and stealing items worth £814.42. 
He also indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cocaine at Eastbourne on August 5, last year. 
The court made a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and ordered him to pay £200 in compensation.

Jake Dyer, 31, of Cavendish Place, Eastbourne, indicated a plea of guilty to using or threatening unlawful violence towards another.
The offence took place at Eastbourne on November 10. The court made a community order and fined him £120.

Sam Haffenden, 27, of Denham Close, St Leonards, indicated a plea of guilty to using or threatening unlawful violence. 
The offence took place at Eastbourne on November 10. The court made a community order with a requirement of 200 hours of unpaid work and ordered him to pay £200 in compensation.

Ricky Skilton, 34, of Her Majesty’s Prison, Elmley, Sheerness, pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer. The offence took place at Marine Parade, Eastbourne, on December 29. 2019. 
He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court custody at Hastings Magistrates Court on February 5 last year. He was fined £60.

February 1:

Millicent King, 22, of Grove Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required to do so by police under the Road Traffic Act 1988. The offence took place at Eastbourne on October 29 last year. The court made a community order with a requirement of 100 hours of unpaid work and banned her from driving for 18 months.

Justin Manville, 49, of Bourne Street, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to causing damage to jewellery, clothing, make-up and a mobile phone. The offence took place at Eastbourne on September 29 2019. 
He indicated a plea of guilty to stealing a bank card, purse and keys, at Eastbourne, between September 21 and September 22 2019 and indicated guilty pleas to two charges of fraud in using a bank card, belonging to another person, to purchase goods for himself, without their knowledge or permission, at Eastbourne on September 22 2019. He pleaded guilty to assaulting a paramedic at Eastbourne on August 16 last year and to using threatening behaviour at Eastbourne District General Hospital on the same date. The court made a community order and ordered him to pay £75 in compensation.

Sarah Williams, 56, of Princes Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot vehicle on Susans Road, Eastbourne, on June 1, last year, with cocaine in her bloodstream.

She also pleaded guilty to driving with the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in her blood stream at Eastbourne on the same date. The court made a community order and banned her from driving for one year.

Robert Hitchcock, 35, of Lansdowne Crescent, Hailsham, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford vehicle on New Road, Eastbourne, on April 27, last year, with morphine in his blood stream. He was fined £345 and banned from driving for three years.
