November 10:

Timothy Catt, 57, of Waterside Close, Hastings, pleaded guilty to driving a Jaguar X Type, on St Helens Road, Hastings, on June 23, while more than three times over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 126 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for one year. Magistrates made a community order and banned him from driving for 30 months.

Marcus Jones, 32, of Canute Road, Hastings, was found guilty of being in breach of a court non-molestation order, by contacting a woman. The offence took place on March 25. Magistrates issued a restraining order and fined him £120.

Tallulah Kudjo, 24, of Hughenden Road, Hastings, was found guilty of failing to provide information relating to the identity of the driver of a Volkswagen vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Hastings on September 26. She was fined £200 and banned from driving for one year and ordered to pay £620 in prosecution costs.

Bradley Smith, 25, of Pinders Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi vehicle on the Ridge, at Hastings on March 23, with cannabis in his blood stream. He also indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of three small bags of cannabis at Hastings on the same date. He was fined £200 and banned from driving for one year.

Maxamillian McConnell, 28, of Braybrooke Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford vehicle on Charles Road West, St Leonards, on April 7, with cannabis in his blood stream. He also pleaded guilty to driving on Cornwallis Terrace, on May 9, with cannabis in his blood stream. He was fined £200 and banned from driving for 22 months.

Murray Dunne, 19, of Mount Idol View, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW on the A271 at Hailsham, on May 22, with cannabis in his blood stream. He was given a one year conditional discharge and banned from driving for one year.

Alistair Green, 38, of Silchester Road, St Leonards, indicated a plea of guilty to dishonestly receiving stolen goods - two bottles of Dolce and Gabbana aftershave, worth £150, The offence took place at Hastings on September 1. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour at Hastings on the same date. The court made a community order with a two month electronically monitored curfew between 6pm and 8am.

Martin Johnson, 33, of no fixed address, indicated a plea of guilty to dishonestly receiving stolen goods - two bottles of Jean Paul Gualtier eau de toilette, worth £62.90 belonging to Debenhams, The offence took place at Hastings on September 1. He was given a two year conditional discharge.

Michelle Meager, 47, of Malvern Way, Hastings, pleaded guilty to stealing eau de toilette, worth £116.90, from Debenhams, at Hastings, on September 1. She was given a two year conditional discharge.

Andrew Crook, 49, of Whitefriars Road, Hastings, indicated guilty pleas to two charges of being in possession of cannabis with intent to supply others. The offences took place at Hastings between September 10 and September 14. The court made a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement.

Aaron Pratt, 38, of Bexhill Road, St Leonards, was found guilty of assault by beating. The offence took place at Bexhill on April 2. He was also found guilty of damaging glass in a shop door at Bexhill on the same date. He indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of cannabis at Hastings on March 11 and pleaded guilty to resisiting a police officer at Hastings on the same date. The court made a community order with a requirement of 150 hours of unpaid work and ordered him to pay £500 in compensation.
