Man arrested following ‘stabbing’ in Bognor Regis

Police attended a property in Essex Road, Bognor Regis, at about 7.50am today.

A man was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries, police said.

A spokesman said: “This is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to the wider community.”

A 32-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remains in custody at this time, confirmed police.

Officers are not seeking anyone else in connection with the incident.
