The arrested man is helping police with their inquiries, and a spokesperson said officers are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident, confirming that ‘there is no threat to the wider public.’

Police dogs spent last night carrying out a final search of the area and, now that the coast is clear, the cordon has been lifted.
