Man released under investigation after dog found in van
The 39-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing unneccessary suffering to a dog has been released under investigation, according to police.
A police spokesman said: “The man from Littlebourne near Canterbury, was arrested on Tuesday (June 20) on suspicion of causing unnecessary suffering to a dog in Chichester.
“He has been interviewed by police and has now been released under investigation.”
