Man with links to Brighton and Hove wanted on recall to prison

Martin Burnikell, 47, was serving a sentence imposed in December last year for an assault on a man in Hove, according to the police force.

"Burnikell has previous links to Brighton and Hove, and also has previous links to Northumbria and Cleveland, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, and Cambridgeshire,” a Sussex Police spokesperson said.

"Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is asked to report it to Sussex Police on 999, quoting serial 1281 of 20/05.”
