Warren Minto, 33, was arrested at 12.05am on Friday after police were called to a man trying to drive out of a car park in East Grinstead.

Martyn Hernon, 35, was arrested at 2.30pm on Sunday after officers stopped his car in Railway Approach, East Grinstead.
