Police helicopter joins search for person with knife in St Leonards

Officers, supported by the police helicopter, conducted a search of St Leonards after reports of a person in possession of a knife.

Police said they were called to the incident near Warrior Square at 4.09pm on Tuesday (November 10).

A spokesman said officers were supported by the National Police Air Service helicopter

A search of the area was conducted, according to police, but no suspects were identified.

No injuries were reported to police, a spokesman said.
