Police hunt for Burgess Hill man

Police are hunting for a Burgess Hill man in connection with a number of crimes.

Officers say Joseph Albert Smith is wanted in connection with taking a vehicle without consent in June, affray and assault in March, July and September.

A police spokesman said: “The 22-year-old has no fixed address but has been seen in Burgess Hill and neighbouring towns including Haywards Heath.

“Joseph, known as Joe, is white, stocky and around 5’ 5”.

“Anyone who knows his whereabouts is asked to contact police online quoting 69 of 15/09.”
