Police incident near Eastbourne and Lewes railway stops all trains

No trains are currently running between Eastbourne and Lewes due to an incident near the railway between the two stations.

According to a tweet from Southern Rail, services are unable to run 'until further notice'.

Passengers are advised to travel between Hastings and London with Southeastern Railway, where tickets will be accepted at no extra cost.
